•Provide helper matching service to the customer

Requirement:

•F.5 or above

•2 years relevant experience

•Good Cantonese and English (can communicate with helper)

•Computer knowledge 

2. Indonesian Recruitment Officer

•Major responsibility – Invite contract-finished maids for job registration

•Arrange telephone interviews

•Input data onto company website

•Handle inquiry calls and provide sales support

•Handle other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirement:

•Fluent in Indonesian is a MUST, good in Cantonese or English

•Outgoing with good communication skills

•Basic computer knowledge & good telephone manner

3. Philippines Recruitment Officer

•Major responsibility – Invite contract-finished maids for job registration

•Input data onto company website

•Handle inquiry calls and provide sales support

•Fluent in Tagalog is a MUST, good in Cantonese or English

4. Business Development Supervisor/ Manager

Job Duties:

1. BUSINESS OPERATION, CUSTOMER SERVICES OPERATION AND I.T.OPERATION

2. DEVELOP THE COMPANY WEBSITE.APP, XIAOHUNGSHU ETC.

3. PLANNING THE MARKETING MATERIAL TO SUPPORT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

4. MANAGE THE CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM TO HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRERS AND COMPLAINT

5. MAINTAIN THE OFFICE COMPUTER AND ALL FACILITIES IS GOOD PERFORMANCE

6. MAINTAIN THE COMPANY LICENSE APPLICATION AND RENEWAL

7. COMMUNICATE WITH CONSULATE AND ALL HONG KONG LEGAL SECTIONS.

8. EVENTS MANAGEMENT ( HELPERS TOUR)

Requirement:

•1 year+ experience

•Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

•Bachelor Degree

•Outgoing with good communication skills

•Basic computer knowledge & good telephone manner
